The series draws on the real voices, recorded testimonies, and experiences of women and children who had lived in Al-Hol camp and later returned to their communities.

The visual narratives do not always depict the speakers directly. They were constructed from documentary photographs, images of locations, and reimagined photographic material. These elements were digitally cut, layered, composited, and animated through collage, creating a visual language that moves between documentation and reconstruction.
